Tomatillo Cold Salad

from Mica Scalin

4c cooked French lentils
1 med. bell pepper
2 cloves fresh garlic
5-6 various sized tomatillios
1 jalepeno
3T balsamic vinegar
2t soy sauce (or bragg’s liquid aminos)

also:
some of whatever fresh herbs Leigh brings you (i.e. thyme, rosemary, dill )
