Squash and Okra Curry

1.5 pounds squash, chopped into 1/2 inch pieces
1/2 pound okra, sliced
1 large onion chopped finely
2 tomatoes
1 inch ginger, chopped5 cloves garlic
1/2 teaspoon coriander powder
1/2 teaspoon chili powder
salt to taste
3 tablespoons yogurt
1 stick butter
1/2 teaspoon turmeric powder
1/4 teaspoon black pepper

Melt butter and sauté onion. Add tomatoes and cook about 5 minutes. Add squash and okra and fry well. Add remaining ingredients except yogurt. Cover and cook well for 20 minutes no low heat. Add yogurt. Serve hot with chapatis or paratha.
